Hello, I’m unable to login to the app. I can’t reset my password, I’m basically locked out. This seems to be an ongoing issues for new activations. Nobody has responded to my support request email. Please help me use your product.

This absolutely does not work and crashes upon launching. At this point it feels like you have a broken product and shouldn’t be selling it. It crashes, you can’t login, this is really frustrating. If you can’t provide a real solution I would like a refund. Will
