I previously purchased Sublab XL from pluginboutique.com.
After switching to a new Mac, I reinstalled it, but when I log in, the “You’re all set!” message appears and the Launch! button does not work.
Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
Hey @rk8344 it sounds like you need to install the latest version of SubLab XL.

Please quit your DAW before running the installer, and reboot your mac once install is completed. Let me know if that works or not
