Hello, I’m unable to login to the app. I can’t reset my password, I’m basically locked out. This seems to be an ongoing issues for new activations. Nobody has responded to my support request email. Please help me use your product.
Hey William, I just had a look on support and it seems my colleague Ellis has filled you in. We’re working on the update for compatibility with macOS Sequoia right now, we’ve added your email address to our list, and as soon as it’s ready we’ll email it directly to you.

Yes, agree 100%, we use a check for the operating system and this gets broken, especially now since Apple move beyond keeping it 10.X for there updates.
We’ve figure out a solution and have tested it and it seems to work ok. Hopefully this stops happening every time Apple release a major version update.
On the timeline, looking at Friday for releasing the beta.

This absolutely does not work and crashes upon launching. At this point it feels like you have a broken product and shouldn’t be selling it. It crashes, you can’t login, this is really frustrating. If you can’t provide a real solution I would like a refund.
