I changed my email address to my account and can’t login since 27 November. I was in contact with Ellis with no success. He is telling me that he can login but why can’t I? I have tried to delete and reinstall different versions, now even the latest 1.0.5. Please can someone help me fix this issue. It’s getting frustrating to not being able to use a product I have purchased. I don’t know how many mails I have sent with videos and picture that shows failed login. The plugin even says ”oops we didn’t find you, contact support”. It’s almost a month now and it’s not nice. I understand you guys have other things to do but costumers should always matter.
Thanks for the quick reply. I’m on macOS Sonoma, I don’t think it has to do with my os cause before I changed the email address it worked like it should. It’s after I changed the email this issue occurred. I can login to futureaudioworkshop.com with my new email and password.
Hey @1Mo I found your support message and I’m going to make sure you’re back up and running tomorrow I’m so sorry about this! My computer logic board died and I just got it back. I need to re-install a couple things and I’ll sort you out.
It’s ok I understand. I’m almost giving up hope to get this working again.. didn’t know this big issue would occurred by just changing a email address.
