All sound cutting out on my projects

Alright, I am BEYOND annoyed right now. I’ve spent the last couple of days working on a beautifully produced track, and I’ve decided to rely on Sublab to lay down the icing on the cake, the 808s. At first, everything was cool. I was able to select and tune my 808s no problem. They played back fine too, for a while at least. Then I bounced the song and sent it to a client. After listening the the .wav file myself, I noticed that the instant that the 808s were supposed to come in, you just hear a loud click, and then all sound cuts out for the rest of the track. Looking at the waveform, you can see that the entire track is just infinitely clipping. Now that I opened the Logic project back up, NOTHING will play now! This is a horrible look and I can’t figure out why I’m having this problem. I bought Sublab a little over a year ago and have had this problem occur before I even got to export the file, and I just stopped using it. I decided to give it another chance and it just won’t work. I need this fixed ASAP or we need to figure out a way to give me my money back.

Sublab Ver. 1.1.4

*Bumping this post. I’d like this issue resolved as soon as possible.

This has been happening since I bought SubLab and it’s super annoying. I’ve spent a lot of time creating a track using sublet and out of nowhere it cuts all the audio and won’t go away unless I stop using it.

Guys,

Are you both using v1.1.4?

Gavin.

Yes, I put the version that I’m using in my initial post. I see that you’re replying 2 months later. Am I finally going to get some support on this issue?

This customer service is an absolute joke dude :sleepy:

Hey Tre,

We’ve dropped the ball with you.

We mainly use the forum when beta testing versions, for support the best way is to always go through email or the “message us” box on the home page. That’s no excuse, but 99% of the time we’re on it, which is the approval rating of our support on the software we use.

What is happening is that you are running 1.1.4, which we released for a period of about two weeks and later removed as it was causing issue like you describe. We beta tested it fully, but for a reason we’re still figuring out, it causes issues on some peoples computers, mostly on MacOS.
If you check your account, under downloads you’ll be able to get the correct 1.1.3 installer, which once installed, you shouldn’t have any problems.

If you want a refund, just send a mail through to support@futureaudioworkshop.com and we’ll give you a refund right away.

Either way, when we release the new version (it is a new big version, not just an update) again contact support and we’ll give you the copy for free.

Also, due to fact that we’re working on a new version, I’m now back on the forums everyday and can help you out here if you have any further issues.

Again, sorry for the dropping the ball with you.

Thanks,
Gavin.
