Hello.
I bought the SubLab Pack Bundle, the description of which says that I’ll “get every future SubLab Pack we release.” Now there are several new packs for Sublab XL and I don’t understand how I can get them.

Yup, these new packs are for SubLab XL.
If this is not clear we will need to add bigger icons or text in the store so people don’t get mixed up.
Sublab packs already have smaller icons inside of XL so you can Cleary see the difference!
I bought the “Sublab XL” pack bundle from plugin boutique today which states that I would have access to all future packs.
However I only received 3 (missing new atlanta). How do I go about getting the missing pack. If it’s not included I feel like this is false advertisement. I could have just as easily bought it directly from FAW’s site.

We’ve sent the updated pack bundle over to Plugin Boutique, they should be updating their site in the next days. Do you want to send their support another request? We’ll also message them from our side and see what is up.

Hey! Unfortunately, there is a delay between when we release and when Plugin Boutique releases. So, when we release a software update or a new pack it will typically take a few days for that to become available on Plugin Boutique.
I see that the bundle has been updated on plugin boutique. However, I still do not have access to the additional pack (new atlanta) via my account. I have contacted plugin boutique’s customer service. I am waiting on their reply.

We’ve sent over to them the updated installers around a week ago, so they should be going live at any time.
