Hello Folks,
I´m on Win7x64 and bought SubLab instantly when it was available. Later I saw,
Win7 is not supported. For the test drive I had no issues, had only a little time.
When I was back at it the other day, I recognized that every time I close the GUI and reopen it, I have to c/p the serial because it´s locked again. The serial gets only accepted when I´m online.
My music computer is an offline machine in the normal case.
When I´m offline, the serial cannot be c/p and I see a message like “oops, something went wrong…” or such. Wrote it to Julia but didn´t receive an answer. So I would like to know,
if there are other offline users without this issue.
Cannot use SubLab 
for now.

i use it offline without any issue but i’m on Mac os Mojave and not win7 so…
Weekend is OFF, Paul… (and in France it’s a non working day “Lundi de pentecôte” and in US it’s Whit Monday)
They probably reply therefore… if not and reply on tuesday don’t blame them. When i contact them in working time i usually have a fast reply depending on timezone if there’s a delay (i’m in france, FAW is US for Julia and Gavin)

PS : do you try to reactivate online with the standalone version of the software? (my bad mistake from Circle user too) Do you tried to reinstall FAW SubLab and then activate ? that’s the two thing i would try 
@Paul, we were offline for a while on Sunday, but back on it!
Can you check your version number on the about page. You view the about page by clicking on the “sublab” logo on the top left of the interface. The latest version number is shown below.

it shows exactly the same 1.0.0 as your picture.
The installer is version 1.0.1
As long as I´m online - no problem
As soon as I´m offline - GUI locked again.
