SubLab is not listed in Logic Pro X (AU)

Hmm, when I try to do that, I get this error message:

I try to reopen it and I just get the same message. What’s next?

Thank you for your help.

Greg

Hey Greg,

Okay, hm…

Are you on an M1?

Take care,
Julia

Yes, Mac Studio M1 Ultra

Hi I have the same problem on M1. tried everything suggested here.
Should I ask for a refund or is there a fix somewhere else?

This is the crash I get when i try to open standalone

Hey, I am having the same issue, the stand alone APP inly works with the regular download and it can be validated but doesn’t show up as an instrument and m1 download crashes with the same error message. is there anyway to fix it?

Thanks

@Gregfellman have you installed the latest version of SubLab?

Yes, I do have it fully working now. Thank you for the reply.

:raised_hands: Great news @Gregfellman!

@Tokamak & @Ralph

I’m so sorry for the delayed response - please try this

Please download this installer:

:round_pushpin: SubLab macOS 1.1.9 Beta M1

:round_pushpin: SubLab macOS 1.1.9 Beta 32/64 (Install this version for AAX support)

Run the installer with your DAW closed, then restart your computer. If you’re still not seeing SubLab in Logic try to manually reset the Logic Pro X plug-ins cache like this:

  1. In the Finder, press Option and choose Go > Library.

  2. In the Finder window, go to Library/Caches/AudioUnitCache.

  3. Move the files from AudioUnitCache folder to the Desktop.

  4. Restart the computer, then open Logic Pro. All installed Audio Units plug-ins will be rescanned.

That should do the trick! If it doesn’t, please let me know.

Take care,
Julia
