Sequoia SubLab XL Beta

Hi!

In the end, I got things working. It might have been a cache thing.

I just basically nuked the /Library/Application\ Support/FAW folder
and the cache at /Users/myhome/Library/Caches/AudioUnitCache/com.apple.audiounits.cache

and then reinstalled 1.0.4 (non-beta version)

All good again. I meant to post this yesterday.
Thanks for the reply.

Tried the latest non beta version, and when entering my email and password I receive the message ā€˜Oops, we can’t find your license, please contact support.’ I contacted support and Ellis gave me the beta version to download. Upon installing the beta version 1.0.4, the plugin crashes after entering username and password in ableton as well as standalone. I tried futureshrine’s advice of clearing the application support folder and cache folder and reinstalling both versions, but it did not help. Please advise.

Ok, let me look into this…we’re just getting back to work after Christmas…

Still not working for me on an M3 Mac running sequoia

When I try and put my license key (From plugin boutique) in it just says bad request. I’ve reinstalled multiple times and rebooted the machine.

When opening the VST 3 on Bitwig it also made a horrific buzzing sound which I think may have damaged my headphones so I’m not especially happy.

@monquixote,

If it is saying ā€œbad requestā€ that generally means something is up with the request made from the SubLab XL back to our website…

Can you PM me your activation code…also what version of Bitwig are you using? There is a beta out there that I don’t think SubLab XL is working with?

Hey @Gavin_FAW thanks for the prompt response!

Yeah I’m using the Bitwig 5.3 Beta, but it also doesn’t work in Logic or Standalone.

I can’t PM you for some reason, maybe because I just joined, could you PM me and I’ll share my code.

Ok, I’ll send you a pm now…

How can I PM you? Problem is still persisting, and making the plugin pretty unusable.

Im still having an issue with logging in on logic. It keeps resetting everytime I enter the password. I have to keep re-entering it. I have the latest updates on all my software.

Hey - could you also try turning on/off these Audio Settings here?

Hey @DerekG SubLab XL is asking you to login everytime you launch, is that correct?

After you login, can you go to Settings > Activation and take a look at this page? If you see an error message there please let me know.

Hi there I’m jay and have been using sublab awhile now, I just updated to Mac 15.2 beta I’m on studio one v7.1 and regular great, sublab vst is doing lunch button thing and keeps asking for email and password every time you open it, Au work normally. Also the vst version is way bigger with no presets as already started here. I never use any Au plugins mostly vst3. Just thought I’d share, thanks in advance.

I’ve tried every possible settings option, no fix

Hey guys,

I’m going to close this thread as it is getting a bit mixed up with different topics.

@AndyHop, I’m starting a new thread for your issue and will tag you there.
@Readdy, same thing, I’m starting a new thread and will tag you there.
