Pretty crazy that I came here and saw so many people had this same issue. Really not a good look in any way. I paid for Sublab XL TWICE, and it still isn’t in my account. Got an email saying to head over to my account to download and there’s nothing there. Pretty ridiculous

Hi @maiztrozay I had a look at your orders. I can see that two separate orders for the SubLab XL upgrade were completed. I will refund one of them for you. I’m running into a glitch issuing the refund which seems to be with the software we use for card payment processing. I will see how to resolve this. In the meantime, you do have access to your installers, activation code, etc.
