I tried reaching out to customer service over two weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back even after following up last week.
Could someone please help me resolve this?
Attached are the email screenshots.
Problem: Sublab works fine. Sublab XL is not working and it’s not showing in my account. Even though I’ve already purchased it.
It wouldn’t let me add the other screenshot of the email I sent from May 13th asking for assistance - because “new users are only allowed to embed 1 image per post”
