Hey, i just purchased sublab xl by paypal but i did not receive any installer, btw when i did the purchase i was not logged to my FAW account! what to do please ?
Ok, let me chase this up…can you message me the email address you used when checking out. You will need to have used some email ( if not your account email ) and this will be the one that will have your activation code.

Thanks for getting back to me, the first order i was not connected to my account, actually i did not even enter my email address, but here is the email i use “homosapien.booking@gmail.com”, the second purchase was using my account and i successfully installed the Sub Lab XL.
That’s a bit strange, it shouldn’t have allowed you to checkout without entering an email address. Are you sure the order/payment went through?

Yes it’s pretty bizarre since i didn’t even have to connect, it was via Paypal account, later i tried via my account and it worked perfectly, right now both purchases are pending as you see in thescreenshot, i don’t know if one of them will be refunded automatically or not.

Sorry for the delay, actually the problem is that i did the purchase the first time without even entering my email address or even signing to my account, so there was nothing no installer and than i did the same purchase again using my account, it than worked perfectly! But i think there was a refund already, i’m not sure.
