Cancelled and no refund

I purchased SubLab. After a few hours in orders section it says “status : cancelled” and no refund. What should I do?

This happened to me aswell… I instead figured that it would refund since it was cancelled and went ahead and ordered again successfully. Now, 2 days later the order uncancelled itself and went through. I can’t find the email for support so I figure this was the next best option,

We’ll do the refund right away.

What happened was that we were switching servers in preparation for some traffic spikes and also to improve the site and while this was happening there were a few payment glitches. We’re working back through everything and will refund right away.
