All three of my Machine ID's are used up

I recently tried to open up Sublab in my DAW and was prompted with a screen asking for my activation code. I pasted the activation code and was told that I’ve used the code on too many computers despite me already activating on this computer months ago.

When logging into my FAW account it says all my Machine ID’s are used up.

Can this get addressed as I’m not the only one with this error.

Hey @EscoSeason,

Maybe somethings have changed on your computer, either new harddisc or a system reinstall. Just hit up @Julia on support and she’ll sort it out for you asap!
