I’m so sorry about this Currently offline activation isn’t possible, just online (normally). We’re still working on getting activation fixed.
If you can hang on, I’ll keep you updated and you can have the 30 day refund period reset from when you get up and running so you have a proper chance to check out Circle. Otherwise, if you’d like a refund now just let me know!
We’ll process the full refund. We’re working on it here and without going into the details too much, its an issue that cropped up with our server on amazon and we need to do a full upgrade. We’re about 50% through it. Once done, I will let you know and you can have a free copy. Really appreciate your patience on with us. Technology is constantly moving target and activation of Circle is beyond our immediate control until we have the server upgraded.
