Unable to activate Circle2

Hi,

I’ve contacted support (Ellis) who’s outlined several steps and suggestions to help me activate Circle2.

I’ve tried everything Ellis recommended but I’m still encountering the same error: “Can’t connect - visit support.circlesynth.com

Then when I navigate to said URL, it redirects here: http://ww38.support.circlesynth.com/

The only text on this URL is this: “Buy this domain.

I’ve sent Ellis multiple email reminders for an update but it hasn’t been successful.

Could someone please assist me?

Can I get an update please? Is offline activation possible, or can you activate it on my behalf at your end?

I purchased this software almost a month ago and still am not able to use it.

Hey David,

I’m so sorry about this :folded_hands: Currently offline activation isn’t possible, just online (normally). We’re still working on getting activation fixed.

If you can hang on, I’ll keep you updated and you can have the 30 day refund period reset from when you get up and running so you have a proper chance to check out Circle. Otherwise, if you’d like a refund now just let me know!

We’ll process the full refund. We’re working on it here and without going into the details too much, its an issue that cropped up with our server on amazon and we need to do a full upgrade. We’re about 50% through it. Once done, I will let you know and you can have a free copy. Really appreciate your patience on with us. Technology is constantly moving target and activation of Circle is beyond our immediate control until we have the server upgraded.

Hey @davjac if you made your purchase from another site / seller we unfortunately won’t be able to issue a refund on our end. Please contact the support from the site where you made your purchase to request your refund.
