I bought Circle 2 in December 2013. Have changed my machine since and trying to install the same on a new one. I have the activation code but there’s no option to register the trial version that I’ve now downloaded from the website, which wasn’t the case earlier. I cannot login into my account either using the old email address, the one I used to make the purchase from. How do I get access to the registered full version? I’m on the latest Mac OS. Thanks.

we’ve taken a little time off at the end of summer and I’m catching up at the moment.
These are the latest Circle installers: PIB Customers: Latest Circle Installers {2.2.1}
To activate, you just need to copy / paste your activation code when it prompts you.
Do you still have your activation code? If not, I can look for it in our database, just send me a DM with your email address.
We added the user accounts to our site around 2018 I think, so it’s very possible that you don’t have an account set up if you made your purchase before then.

I just clicked on the circle 2 logo and this window appeared but I cannot copy paste the activation code that I already have.
Can you please tell me the exact step-by-step procedure? Attaching screenshot.
Ok, so it looks like you are activated already to me…can you use Circle 2 in your DAW and it works fine?

I’m not sure if it’s activated because I did not fill in any credentials (activation code that I already have). Only downloaded and installed version 2.2.1 as per Julia’s feedback.
I’ve uninstalled my DAW as it’s clashing with another software during recording. will install it once again in two days. Can you please wait till then for a confirmation from my side? Apologies.
