Is there not something like a hot fix or something I can change in the keychain on macos to make it work?
There’s no hot fix that I’m aware of, sorry. I’m going to touch base with the developers to see what’s the ETA on the update.
@Julia Thanks for keeping us updated. I’m also affected by this. Thanks everyone for chiming in, I miss SubLab XL! I wish it had been solved sooner, given all the advance notice.

I’m facing the same issue now. Updated to Sequoia (official, not beta) today. As others have pointed out, every other 3rd party plugin is working seamlessly. You guys have been aware of this for almost 3 months (& it’s been recurring with previous MacOS updates). Usually I’m patient with this stuff but I have a very important deadline today and SublabXL is a big part of the song I’m working on. This can’t go on much longer.
you said the same thing in June, is there any updates on a estimated release for a new update. it’s important to say something even if there aren’t any plans to update the plugin.
no company should be completely silent with their customers especially if the product is unusable.
I have an entire EP I was supposed to release this month but I can’t do any mixing or mastering because I have no 808s.
Just want to emphasize @JELLI922’s comment above, in that we should at least be given some sort of window to expect compatability. I recently bought SXL whilst on the beta and wasn’t able to log in, but during the beta I fully appreciate that you may have some kind of compatability issues.
At this point I haven’t been able to use the product that I paid for and have no idea if I ever will. Should I just request a refund?
you definitely should. if the product isn’t useable for certain people than that should be advertised so your exact situation doesn’t occur.
plus, you can always just buy it in the future once it’s available cause it is a genuinely great product, its just unfortunate that most of their customer base isn’t able to use it now because they weren’t more proactive with the updates.
For me is a disaster cause I have to export tracks to send them to the mix and I don’t have the bass

Any update on a hotfix for Sequoia? I have 6 tracks with due dates fast approaching. I Love SubLabXL but I’ll need to use something else if this isn’t fixed soon. I tests beta if you have a beta build.
So, in other words you guys dgaf and it’s up to Apple to come up with the fix for your software?
We are working on the update as we speak, I will be able to give you a more accurate ETA shortly. As soon as the beta is ready I will post a new beta thread on our forum, then you will be able to download it and get up and running.

Oddly regular Sublab works and not Sublab XL. Its a pain trying to match sounds that were inspired in XL.
