I purchased Sublab XL directly from the FAW website today, and according to the help article, the activation code should be available when I log into my account. However, after logging in, I don’t see any activation code listed.
After searching through the forum, I noticed that many others have reported the same issue. It seems like a recurring problem, which makes me think FAW should address this more clearly. For example: we are processing the order and activation code will be available within xx hours or mention whether there is an activation code available right after purchase (and it should be).
I’ve already submitted a support ticket and am waiting for a response.
FAW, I highly recommend updating the help documentation and adding a clear notice during purchase. It would help users avoid unnecessary frustration and support delays.

Its a Sunday night @Arav and I’m replying now. If you send support request, it will take 48 hours. We’ll have a look into it tomorrow morning or you can send a message to support requesting a full refund and we’ll issue that also.
Thank you both and appreciate the bundle you included. Where can i find it? Also, i will test out the activation code later today. Will confirm whether it works in this thread.
