Sub lab audio issue

In studio one sub lab keeps dropping audio, causing all audio to stop working, sometimes its fuzzy sounding, and it will trigger the bass sound wrong on the first note? This is making it almost unusable, I lost a whole song. I have 64bit windows ,16 gb ram, quad i7 please help or refund.
