There is a bug that happens when doing program changes via midi in Circle2. The first few notes after a program change sound wrong, like there’s heavy reverb/phaser or other effects on them, even though there isn’t. This happens even if all the oscillators and effects are muted in the previous program, and seems to happen even if the sound that was switched to is nothing but an oscillator with no effects as well.
