Pro Tools 24.6.0.149 Crash

Hi!
I can’t find anywhere to get support on Sublab issues. That in itself is kind of an issue.
However, the problem I have is that every time I am in Sublab working on something it doesn’t take long until Pro Tools crashes. There’s not really anything more to describe. Is it possible to get advice this way or how do users get support?

Hi there @Stockholm808 we’ve got the forum here as well as our FAW Help Center which both work.

Are you getting hung notes before it crashes? Or does it just crash?

Hi!
In this case I am not getting hung notes. It just crashes from nowhere. Typically went I give different commands fast. But then I also get hung notes which is a different problem and does not lead to crashes.

This is kind of useless support… Is this all you are offering? Me together with A LOT of users are not getting any answers. The plugin is a great sounding one but please get someone that can do the coding because it has been rubbish since it came out. I am sorry to say this but it is MEGA frustrating to constantly have hang notes or crashes and you have no support whatsoever. Please remember, you are charging people for this product.

Hey @Stockholm808

We’ve got a build ready that works on Protools 24.6, its pinned to the top of the forums here:

Can you download it there, install and see how it goes? We’ve also updated to use the latest Protools SDK, which should also resolve any crashes. The thing with Protools is that it is from our experience super delicate when compared to Ableton or Logic. Couple that with terrible developer support from Avid and its becomes a pain very fast. We do our best though in the context of all this.

I will check and let you know. Do you also have an update for the SublabXL? That has been a huge problem as well.
Thank you!

Yes, Sublab, SubLab XL and Circle have been built for latest Protools release…
