Packs will not install in current product version

Everything on my system is in normal working order.

I’m an IT guy so trust that I keep everything running right, and backed up well.

All I did in the image above was add the folder images to the main folders. I’m a visual person and like to see the artwork on things.

During the process, I downloaded the packs 4 different times. Same issue with the several that won’t install.

Even the test pack you sent didn’t work.

I tried to add them again after installing that new beta you guys sent out. Same issue.

Did this ever get figured out? I’m actually having the same problem with the same packs from the SubLab Pack Bundle.

I’m also on 10.15.7 Catalina. The two Richie Souf packs installed without a problem, but the other 5 gave me that error message. Tried doing it standalone & VST, and I just tried it again with the new 1.0.3 that released, but I am still having the same issue. Checked the permissions for all the folders you guys mentioned, they look good, and I have an admin account anyways. And I can save my own custom presets without a problem. Any ideas?

I am a little off-topic but the new packs are also nks? Can we see the presets inside of Komplete Kontrol’s browser?! Thank you!

No, The packs I listed still never worked on my main system.

Had no problem to install them. I’ve also imported the ones from Sublab

Your on 10.15.7 and two packs installed correctly, but the other 5 didn’t.

Have you tried installing the new SubLab XL packs?

No I don’t own any of the new SubLab XL packs so I couldn’t try them, I might buy them eventually but I wanted to use the ones I had first

Thanks! Just tried it, the SubLab XL packs all work fine on my system. It’s just those 5 original packs that aren’t working. It gives me the same error message from the beginning of this thread “We were not able to import the pack, try again or contact support”

It’s mainly the Decap pack that I was really lookin for but it would be nice to get the other ones working too

Ok…I’m thinking here if maybe there is an issue because you installed the free best of bundle first in SubLab XL? Let me know if this is the case.

Yeah, I’m not sure what could be up here…I’m going to do some quick tests and also check if there is anything up with the decap pack…

I’m having the same issue on windows 11. I can’t import the packs I bought.

Just letting you all know that after some fiddling around with deleting the database and reinstalling a couple times, the plugin is now importing packs for me in standalone mode. I have no idea what the issue was but I do think its an issue.

This is strange…I’m going to do some more testing here and see if I can recreate the issue.

Any more news on this? I just bought Sublab XL but I am getting the same error message as everyone else when trying to import packs from Sublab. I have followed all the recommended steps but I am still unable to install the extra packs (the only ones that worked were the Richie Souf ones).

I purchased a pack yesterday (Hits DNA II.subxlpack) and every time I try to import I get an error:

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Sublab XL etc but no joy.
