Notes Serial from Plugin Boutique not working

I emailed support on the 16th of March and have still heard nothing (other than an automated message saying 24-48 hours to respond - yeah ok). I don’t know why my serial from Plugin Boutique doesn’t work - but this is seriously poor from FAW and I would love to know how I get a refund for this product.

That is super weird that you serial is not working and really apologise for no reply or the ball drop, something must have gone wrong either a spam filter or something…we take support and helping customers super serious.

Thank you Gavin.! Nothing in the SPAM folder or anything like that. I have replied to the support email a few times. Sorry I am upset about it - was so keen to dive into Notes - it looks great, but it’s just not working!

Thanks Julia - looks like I got registered, however I am stuck on the splash screen that says “enter” (on both stand alone and in plugin form) - which does nothing at all when I click it. I can close it down and get the prompt to login - but nothing happens!

OK. I downloaded the 1.03 Beta - and that seems to work? Thanks again!
