Is Plugin Boutique ever going to get it together?

It’s been months and months and Plugin Boutique appears to have not done a single thing to address their issues with downloading the latest version of SubLab XL (for Mac users anyway.) They still have the latest version listed as v1.1.5 (which is not even a version that exists, as far as I’m aware) in my account, but any attempt at trying to download the supposed update just sends me back to Plugin Boutique’s main page, without downloading anything. I’ve contacted them about this and was told they’d look into it (as mentioned, this was months ago,) yet still nothing has changed. I know the people at FAW have reached out to them too, but they just don’t seem to be interested at all in keeping some of these FAW plugins up-to-date.

If it wasn’t for the download links that get posted regularly in here, I would have absolutely no way to update my copy of SubLab XL (and probably the other FAW plugins as well) because Plugin Boutique still won’t fix their downloads/installers after all this time. I’m just absolutely baffled by the neglect on their end to make sure they have the latest version of a plugin purchased through them, and then their refusal to correct the fact that the download link just redirects you back to their main page without downloading a single thing. I’m very cautious about purchasing products through them anymore because they’re doing an awful job of making sure I have access to the latest version of a plugin (maybe more than just one) purchased through them.

The absolute disregard for maintaining the FAW plugins that they sell is pretty shocking to me. I’m sorry for the lengthy rant, but PIB is just doing such an embarrassingly bad job at one of the main things that they’re supposed to do (i.e., sell plugins and keep them updated and downloadable for the purchaser.) So far, my PIB experience with SubLab XL stopped after the “sell plugins” stage. They got my money, and since then, have not bothered to provide a functioning way to update the plugin beyond v1.0.4 through their site, and they’ve never followed through on any emails to them regarding the topic.
