Hey Future Audio Workshop Community!
We’ve got an exciting update for you. We’ve started to roll out some improvements to your FAW Account area. You can now reset your own activation slots, register codes (purchased from other shops like Plugin Boutique) and get the associated installers all from inside your FAW Account.
That means no support ticket needed, and no waiting. This works for all FAW plugins: Notes, SubLab XL, SubLab and Circle².
Free up activation slots
Each activation code works on up to 3 computers. If you’ve lost, replaced or sold a computer, go to My Account → Activation Codes. Your active slots show up in purple. Click the one you want to clear, and that slot is free to use on another machine straight away.
Good to know:
- You can clear each slot once from inside your account. After that, just message us and we’ll help you out.
- Notes and SubLab XL: if you still have the computer, your better option is to deactivate it from the inside plugin’s settings instead. That way you can save the account option for later.
- If you hover over your actively used slots, you’ll see some useful information about that machine.
Register a code from another store
If you bought from Plugin Boutique or another shop, scroll down to Register a code on the same page, paste in your activation code, and hit Register code. Your code is now stored in your FAW account and your installers will also appear in your Downloads tab, so you can grab the latest version straight from us.
