I put email and password then go to click launch and it’s like it didn’t register that I clicked launch anyone else having this problem?
Hey @Ktoven it sounds like you may be on the latest macOS and need to update to the latest version of SubLab XL. Is that correct?
Download the 
latest installer and make sure to quit your DAW before running the installer.
Once install is complete, reboot your computer and then try to activate SubLab XL again.
Let me know if that works or not!
