I had to update my Fl Studio 20 and went to use sublab and for some reason had to reactivate it. I then attempted to apply my activation code and it failed. I have only used my activation code 1 time. According to FAW I have used it on 3 machines, and this is false. The machines have some nebulous string of numbers that do not belong to any device I own… Either they have committed fraud or there was a data breach. I would like this resolved today or I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. This level of customer service is terrible. I will be going to reddit as well to warn others.

It can happen you the slots become filled, @Julia always clears them when she receives an email on support@futureaudioworkshop.com.
