I installed the new beta, but upon logging in, I’m informed that “All device slots are filled.” However, I cannot log out of those devices, because they too are updated to Sequoia. When I open the app on them, I’m prompted to log in. I do so and I’m told that I can launch and enjoy Sublab. But because I can’t close that pop up, I cannot log out of the other devices. How do I free up those seats?
Ah ok…can you send me your activation code via PM? I’ve sent you a message just now and if you reply to that…
I’ve change machines and now all my slots are full. Is there a way to reset it on my own account or does it need to be done manually?

Have you contacted @Julia or @ellis on support@futureaudioworkshop.com, they will clear the slots for you. It is necessary to request clearing in SubLab from support.

I have sent a message to support, yes. I thought perhaps coming here would be a bit faster since I have a deadline and can’t proceed without Sublab on this track submission.
