I bought Sublab via Plugin and instantly liked the sound.
Immediately after I bought the SubLab XL Crossgrade from SubLab also via Plugin Boutique, but every time I try, the activation fails…
I did use the button click here for activation code from another shop.
Everytime I get the pop-up that the activation failed and “We can’t find a license for this activation code.”
Is the crossgrade not an upgrade?

If you click on my picture, a window should appear that has a “Message” button…just click that. I’ve also sent you a pm now 
I’ve sent you a PM @Wes…maybe there is some restriction on when new users can send pms…either way check your inbox, you should have one of those even if you can send me a message directly for the moment.
Similar problem here, even if I see my activation codes on site, I can’t activate SubLab or SubLabXL. Also bought them off of Plugin Boutique. This is widespread problem, and it’s taking too long to get solved in my case.
