Can't activate Crossgrade update from Plugin Boutique

Hello Community,

I bought the crossgrade update for SubLab XL on Plugin Boutique.

Unfortunately, It says “bad request” every time I try to activate the plugin.

I have contacted your support via E-mail already, but I only got a Beta Installer for Mac, which I don’t use.

I use Windows 10 and my DAW is Ableton Live 12.
