So I bought Sublab Xl and like many others could not activate it or log in. The application and website tells me that my password is incorrect when i put it in just as i did when i purchased and upon trying to reset no reset email is sent. I tried using the activation code i had already copied but no luck. At this point I am frustrated and just seeking a refund.

I saw you were messaging support and Ellis sent you a new password. Were you able to try that out and get activated successfully?
