I have a new machine and need to reset my activations. I created support request 7 days ago, but no response yet. I really need to open my older projects.

Please reset my activations.

Hi there, tried to activate it now, unfortunately it still says I used the code on too many computers, even though in my account I see there are 0/3 activations .

Okay in that case…are you seeing a version number on that activation box?

Let me know which version it is. If it’s an old version it can also cause that error message.
