One more thing, and a really important one.
It seems that Maschine/KK only recognize VST2 (sublab.dll).
I highly sugger that people should install the VST2 in the Native Instruments folder, and let the VST3 in the standard folder
Ok, thanks @Chaff, we’re contacting NI support and going to check to see if we can find a more permanent solution for SubLab and Maschine.

Did you get in touch with native instruments? I’m still having this same problem and none of the solutions above worked for me.
We’ve been able to test on macOS both Maschine and Komplete Kontrol and it works ok. We’re looking into Windows at the moment, I’ll get back with an update asap.

Any word on this? It seems like it should be working by now but it’s not. I’ve been having this problem for a couple of years now.
