How to obtain the activation code for a Sublab XL purchased from a reseller

As the title suggests, I purchased Sublab XL from a Japanese reseller and was told that the only way to obtain an activation code is to email support. I’ve contacted support several times using the form on their website, but I’ve only received automated replies. I’ve been waiting for a week now, so I’m starting to wonder if this is really the right way to go about it. Will they add the activation code to my account if I just wait?

I think there may be a misunderstanding about the activation process so I’ll get in touch with Media Integration. Did you receive a code like that looks like this from Media Integration? It’s formatted like this with numbers and letters: 1111111-11111111-11111111-11111111

Hi Suguru, thank you for confirming. You don’t need to post the code, I just wanted to make sure that you received one. So that is the activation code and that’s what you will use to activate.

All you need to do is download and install SubLab XL, then when you launch it you’ll see this activation page.

At the bottom where it’s outlined in green, you can click to activate your third party purchase. There you’ll add your activation code, email and password to activate SubLab XL.

We have a page here with the activation steps if you want to take a look. Try that and you should be able to activate no problem :folded_hands:

Hi Suguru, I’m glad to hear that you’re up and running now - I hope you enjoy SubLab XL!

I’ve just reached out to Media Integration to clarify the activation process, apologies for that again. I wasn’t aware that they were giving these instructions to their customers but we will sort that out with them.
