I am running the latest version of SubLab, and I have bought the pack bundle of patches.
They installed correctly, but from what I understand, I should be able to see them in Komplete Kontrol since SubLab supports NKS.
I went into the “Preferences > Library” of Komplete Kontrol to rescan the SubLab library.
I did that both in stand alone mode, and as a VST inside Ableton Live.
Nothing.
What am I doing wrong?

Did you install 1.1.1? If so you should be able to scan as you did in Maschine or Komplete Kontrol and the SubLab packs will appear in the browser. I’m here to help so just let me know!

Oh you mean 1.1.1 was released? No I have 1.1.0. It’s a shame I bought SubLab on PlugIn Boutique.
Even though it appears in the “Activation Codes” section, it does not in the “Downloads” section.
But it’s ok. I can still download it from Plugin Boutique’s web site.

Ok, I downloaded the plug, re-installed the packs (for good measure), went in Komplete Kontrol, did a rescan. Everything works. Thanks!
