Sublab------License

I have a license for Sublab with

many extensions. When I installed it

on my mac it said I have too many

activated licenses and I should

contact support so they deactivate

my licenses for sublab so I can use it

onmy new mac. That was 4 days ago

and support did not reply to me…

So please if somehow possible

deactivate my licenses for sublab

so I can finally use it on my new system!

Why does this take so long, shouldn´t be a big problem, or is it?
