Sub Lab won't activate on M1 Pro Mac

Just upgraded to M1 Pro MacBook Pro and Sub Lab is giving me the “something is up:8” code. In the past couple weeks this has become one of my favorite plugins. I hope this can get fixed

Sorry about this! We’re looking into this issue as week speak and should have it resolved shortly. Please bear with us in the meantime, I’ll let you know when we’ve gotten to the bottom of it :pray:

Okay @dionantwon we’ve gotten to the bottom of it! Please try to activate again, it should work now.

my XL says I’m activated but won’t launch. any suggestions?

Hey there!

I’m sending you a DM now with the latest installer. Could you please download and install it? Make sure that your DAW is closed and the standalone app is closed as well while running the installer.

Once install is complete, please reboot your mac and then launch the standalone app and activate.
