Bug report with the "edit instruments tag" function

Hello to the FAW team! I’m testing Notes now, and I have seen a few issues here and there, I’ll report them one by one after more testing.

First things first, here is what I get on Windows with the last version (written 1.0.0 in the about tab but featuring the new MIDI out option):

Ok guys, let me have a look….

@IvanC…ok that window should not be appearing like that and also it should be hidden unless you have sound design mode enabled. Let us fix that here.

@RawBBQ I’ll get @Julia to add you to the beta list
