# Sublab XL Macro Page High CPU usage

For some reason when I switch to the macro page on Sublab XL, the CPU usage increases significantly and my entire computer slows down a ton. Is this a known issue on this initial release? I tried it in Bitwig and Ableton Live (I have latest versions of both these DAWs installed) and get same results on both. It only happens when I switch to the Macro page, and when I switch back to the Synth/Edit page it goes back to normal. I’m on MacOS 11.6.8.

@mtamayo, can you give me some more details…

If you go the the settings page, you’ll notice a button “Copy Tech Specs to Clipboard”, if you click the button and then paste the details here I will have some more info to go on 👍

Ok, that all looks good @mtamayo, we’ll use this info and do some tests here.  
Also, can you try the audio unit and see if you are seeing the same issue? Different DAWs handle AU, VST and VST3 graphics differently so it would be good info to have.

@Gavin_FAW I just tried the AU and also get same results as VST/VST3.
