# Sublab does not show up in pro tools

Im not sure what the issue is. Its been 12 days and I still have no answer. I purchased Sub lab like 5 years ago. I have the license key on my computer, and all my downloads from 3rd party packs like decap etc. When I log into my account, my sublab purchase does not exist… but the 3rd party packs do… I am completely lost. Never had this issue. I am trying to redownload sublab, but i cant because the only thing showing up in my account is the 3rd party stuff…Kind of ridiculous. I asked for help 12 days ago. Not one response. I am considering not even using this plug in anymore if this is the kind of issues i am having.

Did this get resolved? I have the aax in the proper folder but it just doesn’t show up in Pro Tools no matter how many times I restart.

Hey @jaytaj

These are the files and filepaths that you want:  
Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins\> **SubLab.aaxplugin**

Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/ **SubLab.component**

And then, could you please try this?

1. Quit Pro Tools and launch **Finder**.
2. Click **Go** and select **Go to Folder…**
3. Enter **~/Library/Preferences/Avid** and click **Go**.
4. Delete the **Pro Tools** folder.
5. Restart your computer and relaunch Pro Tools.

Pro Tools will rescan all available plug-ins upon startup and hopefully find SubLab 🙏
