Sounds like this is happening to a bunch of people. All of the system requirements on the purchase page have been met. Seeing the lack of support on this topic on another post for the last year is a little bit disheartening. Makes me wish I dug a little bit deeper before purchasing.

Hey @DevonSteelman,
Can you let me know the OS your running on? Also the version that you have installed would be good. We released 1.1.5 last week so want to make sure everything is working well for everyone
