# For anyone having issues with audio pops at the end of 808s. Possible fix until update?

Alright, so they have the beta/update, which hopefully fixes that problem. Idk when they’re releasing it and I don’t think I can download the beta since I don’t have the M1 chip so I’ve basically been stuck having to deal with this very noticeable pop. So I’ve isolated it to the distortion causing it to do it. So basically just turn off the distortion and use a distortion plugin on the track if you want distortion. Pretty simple solution and kinda late to the party but I just decided to say fuck it and not even mess with the distortion anymore in the plugin.
