# Difficulties installing sublab XL

Hi I just recently bought your lovely product was excited to start using it but I’m having difficulties installing the software. When I run the installer this a message comes up on the destination page where the options are blocked out and it reads this…  
I’d appreciate any help

I haven’t see that before!

What macOS are you using and also are your trying to select a specific disk that isn’t your main root disk where you have /Applications /Library etc?

It’s working! It was simply a storage problem
