# \[1.0.4 beta\] Mixer volume automation not recalled (error loading projects)

I don’t know which 1.0.4 beta broke this, but when I open existing projects in Reaper automation for the mixer volumes isn’t being recalled/recognized.

Going back to 1.0.3 fixes things.

It’s really important that mixer volume and mute states can be automated for changing the blend to create variety between song sections.
